Riflessioni sullo stato degli USA.
Colgo l'occasione dell'inizio delle primarie per qualche riflessione su ciò che potrebbe accadere agli Usa nei prossimi decenni. Il popolo americano, che è sempre stato in maggioranza conservatore, si è radicalizzato sempre più nell'ultimo decennio. Escludendo una minoranza progressista, acculturata, multietnica e poco o niente ideologizzata, la restante parte degli americani è diventata più incolta, più ideologizzata dalle varie religioni, più sovranista ed egoista. Questa maggioranza esprime politici che porteranno il Paese verso una società più chiusa , religiosa e intransigente, razzista e nazionalista. Insomma i presupposti per vedere il declino di una grande nazione ci sono tutti ed è interessante che gli americani non né siano consapevoli. Precipitano verso il burrone , ma continuano a guardare il loro ombelico. Questo farà sì che la Cina avrà gioco facile a imporsi come la nuova potenza dominante su una gran parte del pianeta. Spero che l'Europa sia resiliente e che faccia di tutto e presto per diventare autonoma dagli USA, soprattutto in politica e militarmente. Se non fosse così , la influenza cinese potrebbe prendere il sopravvento i gran parte dell'Europa.
Reflections on the state of the USA.
I take the opportunity of the beginning of the primaries to reflect on what could happen to the US in the coming decades. The American people, who have always been overwhelmingly conservative, have become increasingly radicalized over the past decade. Excluding a progressive, cultured, multi-ethnic and little or no ideological minority, the remaining part of Americans has become more uncultured, more ideological by the various religions, more sovereign and selfish. This majority expresses politicians who will lead the country towards a more closed, religious and intransigent, racist and nationalist society. In short, the conditions for seeing the decline of a great nation are all there and it is interesting that Americans are not aware of it. They plummet towards the ravine, but continue to watch their navels. This will ensure that China will have an easy time establishing itself as the new dominant power over a large part of the planet. I hope that Europe is resilient and will do everything and soon to become autonomous from the USA, especially in politics and militarily. If not, Chinese influence could take over much of Europe.
